There are two packages of online coaching to choose from, read the table below for more information about each package:

  • A Training Peaks premium account.
  • As many sessions and type of sessions per week as required for your goal. e.g detailed swim, bike, run and strength and conditioning sessions.
  • Detailed video tutorials of strength and conditioning exercises and other instructional videos including injury prevention exercises, stretching routines and much more engrained throughout your programme.  
  • Weekly review and analysis of your sessions with comments and feedback on your key sessions once per week.
  • Weekly contact with your coach via the training peaks app.
  • Weekly adjustments to your training programme.
  • General advice on diet, training nutrition and race day nutrition.
  • Help with planing future goals and events.
  • Monthly catch up calls.
  • Year round 10% off all products in the Hybrid Endurance store.
  • In addition to all the features on the standard package you also get:

    • Unlimited daily contact with your coach via the training peaks app. 
    • In depth analysis of your sessions with comments and feedback on your sessions at least twice per week.
    • Daily adjustments to your training programme when required.
    • (Optional) In depth diet analysis along with a detailed diet plan.
    • (Optional) In depth training nutrition analysis along with an in depth race day nutrition plan.
    • Year round 25% off all products in the Hybrid Endurance store.

     

    More information on the training app used and how your coaching is provided:

    Your training and coaching will be on one of the market leading training platforms, training peaks, which syncs to all smart watches and so smart zone based training can be used. Knowledge is key and understanding why you are doing certain sessions always helps.  Tom (your coach) will continuously help you to understand how everything works, what training you are doing and essentially why you are doing it. 

    Due to the smart training app, all session can be viewed and analysed by your coach. This provides full accountability. Tom will comment and provide regular feedback on each training session as continual feedback and communication between an athlete and your coach is key.

    Furthermore, strength, conditioning and injury prevention work will always be factored into each programme with in depth Hybrid Endurance video tutorial links engrained into your training peaks programme. The amount and extent of this will vary from athlete to athlete due to the custom nature of this programme and your specific goal.

    Payement details:

    -Payment is at the start of each 4 week block. Your sessions are provided in weekly intervals.
    -Bank transfer, direct debit, card payment and paypal are accepted. (payment information is provided during your initial consultation).
    -Should you cancel mid way during a block you will not get a refund for the remaining weeks in the block  but you will have access to your premium training peaks account and training will be provided for the remaining weeks in that block should you wish to use them.

    -Ironman coaching - I will get you in the best shape to not only get around an Ironman or half Ironman but be competitive and quick.

    -Triathlon coaching - beginners getting you fit and ready for your first event through to the elite wanting podium slots, I will get you there.

    -Marathon - Taking people from no running to comfortably getting around a marathon or half marathon in the best shape of their lives. Also those more serious who want to start looking at competing and racing.

    2) Aesthetics
    - For those wanting feel healthier and fitter, loose weight and build a lean functional physique.  Tom will get you in the best shape of your life!

    3) Sports performance and injury prevention 
    -Those wanting to prevent injuries, get faster for your chosen sport or generally increase your athleticism and ability. In depth injury prevention work including mobility, plyometrics, running drills, core stability, RMAP warm ups and much more.

    -GB age group triathlete qualifier - Middle distance (70.3).
    -Played football for Manchester United Academy for 6 years. 
    -British Schools Biathlon Champion, x2 times. 
    -British Triathlon Level 2 qualified triathlon coach.
    -REPS level 3 qualified personal trainer.
    -Master degree in Law.
